What is Chromotherapy?Chromotherapy is the science of using colors to adjust body vibrations to frequencies that result in health and harmony. Each color possesses frequencies of a specific vibration, and each vibration is related to different physical symptoms. During your infrared sauna session, you can choose from 8 different colors, with each color addressing your individual needs.

What can I bring in the sauna? The choice is yours. Electronics are not affected by infrared light. You are welcome to bring a book or your mobile device.
-
Do you provide towels and water?Yes, we provide fresh sanitized towels for each infrared sauna session. We have a water dispenser available if you would like to refill your own water bottle. We also have water and electrolyte-enhanced water available for purchase.

How do you sanitize the sauna?Keeping our saunas clean and sanitized between each use is our top priority. Did you know that infrared heat kills 99% of bacteria and germs? This means that infrared saunas are already a very sterilized environment to begin with – but on top of that, we use all non-toxic cleaners to ensure the cleanest and most healthy environment for our guests.
-
Can I enjoy an infrared session with a friend?Yes! We love when you want to share the benefits of light therapy with your friends. Our Social Saunas are for up to 2 people. When booking online make sure to book the Social Sauna! We will not be able to accommodate more than one person in our Solo Saunas.
-
Who should not use a sauna?Always consult with a doctor while using a pacemaker. While infrared wavelengths do not affect the mechanics of the pacemaker, heart conditions can react differently to high heat. Pregnant women should also not use an infrared sauna. The doctor will tell you everything you may need to know about your specific conditions prior to you using an infrared sauna.
-
Can I use an Infrared sauna if I have metal or silicone surgical implants?Metal pins, rods, artificial joints, or any other surgical implants generally reflect infrared waves and thus are not heated. Infrared light is used by various physicians and is even used to keep babies warm in the NICU. You should always consult your physician prior to using an Infrared sauna with any questions or concerns.
